General Ticket Sales Terms and Conditions
- All tickets will be sold online and issued electronically only.
- No refunds or exchange of tickets will be made under any circumstances.
- Free admission for any infants or children or people under 6 years old.
- The price of the ticket shall be the price set at the time the order for the ticket is accepted. Ticket price exclusive of handling fee ticketing fee & etc.
- One (1) ticket admits One (1) person only.
- Please ensure that the ticket purchased under you does not share with any other third party. For those who purchase on behalf of your friend/family please make sure the ticket is only given to the right person.
- In the event of any change of the Identity Card(s) submitted during the online purchase, the current valid Identity Card must be produced before KOL Nation customer service agents or any such authorized personnel in order to be registered. KOL Nation/Organizer customer service reserve the right to request for further confirmation or documents to verify the ID of the purchaser. In the event the confirmation or documents provided are insufficient to verify the ID of the purchaser, KOL Nation/Organizer ground floor staff reserve the absolute right to refuse for hall entry.
- The purchaser must be able to show, for registration purposes, the e-confirmation verification sent to the purchaser and a clear soft copy of the Identity card submitted online during the ticket purchase online. On ground access control procedure and method are bound by the Terms & Conditions of sale specified here in and any other provision as may be specified from time to time.
- Purchasers MUST show their original Identity Card and confirmation email with QR code upon collection. In the event the confirmation or documents provided are insufficient to verify the ID of the individual and/or purchaser, Organizer reserves the right to refuse ticket holders to enter the hall.
- Third parties are not allowed to enter the event hall.
- A valid QR code ticket must be produced to get into the event venue. Removing any part of and/or, altering and/or defacing the QR code may invalidate the ticket.
- Door opens at 8PM, purchasers are encouraged to redeem your wristband at the redeem counter before entering the hall.
- The resale of tickets is strictly prohibited. KOL Nation reserves the right to cancel any tickets that have been found resold.
- KOL Nation will not be responsible for any ticket that is lost, stolen or destroyed.
- If in the case of duplicate access on the event day, you are required to show the proof of purchase, if you fail to provide evidence, no entry will be allowed.
- Ownership or possession of the ticket does not confer any rights (by implication or otherwise) on the purchaser to use, alter, copy and/or otherwise deal with any of the symbols, trademarks, logos and/or intellectual property appearing on the ticket.
- Information is collected from those registering with KOL Nation in order to facilitate ticket or other services available. The information is collected and used in accordance with our Private Policy.
- The information collected from those registering with KOL Nation in order for marketing promotion will be processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Notice Policy. By registering, the Registrant provides his/her consent to KOL Nation / concert organizer in processing their information and permits sponsors, partners and/or authorized parties to contact the registrant to receive marketing materials and communications for future events, promotions and any other marketing and promotional activities.
- Purchase from Unauthorized Sources / Refusal of Admission
- Purchase of ticket shall only be made in our designated website at https://kolnation.com/the-world-of-tim-burton/ (“Website”), Any Ticket purchased from any other source may be unauthorized copies and purchaser(s) may be refused admittance to the Event.
- In the event that the purchaser provides false or incorrect data when making the purchase, the purchaser may be barred from attending the Event.
- KOL Nation/Organizer reserves the right, without refund of any amount paid, to refuse the admission to, and/or eject any person whose behavior does not comply with the rules and regulations set forth by us and/or the venue.
- Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be resold. All tickets will be rendered as invalid if resold.
- Delay & Postponement
- KOL Nation does not allow any exchange or cancellation of tickets under any circumstances and tickets sold are neither transferable nor refundable unless otherwise permitted under paragraph below.
- In the event of postponement, the ticket purchased for the original event date may be applicable and valid for the new event date unless otherwise notified.
- Organizer reserves the right to postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond its reasonable control.
- Cancellation

- In the event any of the performing group is unable to attend or participate, and beyond its organizer’s reasonable control, no refund can be claimed under any circumstances
- KOL Nation/Organizer reserves the rights to change or amend any terms and conditions at any time at its sole and absolute discretion without prior notice.
- Consent
- During the Event (including entry into the Event), the ticket holder agrees to submit to any search for any prohibited items including but not limited to weapons, controlled, dangerous and illegal substances and recording devices.
- Assumption of Risk
- The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risk and danger incidental to the Event whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual Event, including but not limited to any death, personal injury, loss, damage or liability.
- Changes to Event
- Organizer reserves the right to withdraw, replace, add or substitute any artists / performers’ and or vary advertised programmes, event times, seating arrangements and audience capacity without prior notice.
- Organizer reserves the right to postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond its reasonable control.
- Recording/ Audio taping
- No photography, audio or video recording is allowed during the Event.
- Amendments
- KOL Nation/Organizer reserves the rights to supplement, add, change or amend any of these terms and conditions at any time and at its sole and absolute discretion without prior notice.
- Food & Beverage
- No outside food or beverages is permitted inside the venue unless otherwise stated by the organizer.
- Other Terms & Condition
- All other ticketing, venue & event entry terms & conditions apply.
COVID-19 Safety Measures and Conditions
In order to mitigate the transmission of Covid 19, the following guidelines and measures will be implemented so that you may enjoy the show safely.
- Only fully vaccinated individuals who have completed 14 days after 2 doses of vaccine (Pfizer, Astra Zeneca, Sinovac), or 28 days after 1 dose of vaccine (Johnson & Johnson, CanSino) will be allowed entry.
- Covid 19 pre-event testing (PET) – Self testing is recommended or may require 24 hours prior to the show day and 48 hours after show .
- Wearing a face mask is recommended at all times at the performance venue until such guidelines are relaxed by the Government. No Mask No Entry.
- Regular sanitisation of all public spaces and touch points will be carried out throughout the performance
- You will be required to maintain a distance from others wherever possible when at the venue
- Please consider your health prior to arriving at the venue on show day.
- If you are Covid positive, in quarantine for Covid or have been in close contact with a Covid positive person, or are displaying Covid 19 symptoms, please refrain from coming to the venue. Contact our Ticketing Support for further assistance.
- If you are spotted displaying symptoms at the venue, you may be required to visit our medical station for further evaluation prior to being allowed entry.
- Your cooperation to arrive early at the venue will allow for a safe and smooth entry process.
